Decisions and the Why
What is it that your business is trying to accomplish? What purpose does it serve? When a decision needs to be made, what guides the answer? Is everyone in your organization striving for the same thing? If you struggled to answer any of these questions, it may be time for a business coach. A business coach works with owners and leaders of an organization to clearly identify an organization’s mission and vision, define its core values and culture, provide the guiding principles for which it operates, and helps communicate that plan to everyone involved. For many small businesses we begin with a simple plan. We make every decision on our own based on what we feel is the right thing to do. That works for a while, but what happens when you bring other employees into the mix? Will their decision-making mimic yours? Do they know exactly what it is you want? Do your employees know what your goals are? If you truly want to have an impactful and sustainable business, you must have a clear picture of what that looks like.
Our Mission
The “Business Coach’s” mission is to help your organization bring clarity to your purpose and provide the framework for which all decisions are made. This clarity is the foundation for inspiring confidence in your employees, customers, and vendors because it ensures everyone is on the same page. Our business coaches will work side by side with you to help bring clarity to your business’s purpose and plan.
How We Do It
Ask. Think. Respond.
Getting to the heart of an organization’s mission and purpose starts with asking great questions. Our Coaches will ask strategic questions aimed at getting to the heart of what it is your organization is truly meant to be. They will encourage you to explore areas never thought of with the goal of moving you beyond your current potential and on to something much greater. From that information, your Coach will help you clearly identify the true meaning behind your business. By having clarity to your purpose and a Coach to help direct you, your response to the day-to-day operations will have much more meaning and impact.
“I absolutely believe that people, unless coached, never reach their minimum capabilities.”
